All Manufactured Homes MUST meet the minimum requirements outlined below AND go before the Manufactured Home Review Committee for Final Approval.

Permanent Acceptable Foundation

Declared as REAL Property by County

Must be completely habitable: Water, Power, Sewer in place and active. COO

Manufactures Tag MUST be Attached and Visible

Structural Engineer Report to Verify Home was Affixed to Foundation Properly

Manufactured Home MAY NOT Be on Lease Hold Property

Land MUST be Owned with NO Deed Restrictions

No Structural Modifications

Manufactured Home Review Committee:
The Manufactured Home Review Committee will consist of the CEO, CLO, Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, and Lender who received the loan application from the Members.
The Review Committee reserves the right to require additional information and has the final say in the loan approval exercising judgment in the best interest of the Credit Union.
