To add, change or remove Debt Protection on an existing loan, attach the supporting paperwork to the loan in Forza. Then email GinGar, Lindsay and Stephanie so they can make the change in Forza.

To cancel MRC or GAP, contact GinGar at ext 153. (She will need the mileage for MRC cancelations.)

If a member wants to remove a coverage from their loan, we want to have something from them in writing to back up the request. There is a DP removal form below. An email or written and signed note from the member will work as well.

Mechanical Breakdown Protection Information

If you realize there is a mistake on the GAP policy after it is issued, you will need to email paymentprotectionservices@trustage.com with the GAP ID No. and exactly what needs to be corrected. Make sure to attach your email, and the response email confirming the correction, to the loan.

If a member needs to file a Debt Protection or GAP claim, please contact GinGar or Lindsay, or have the member call 1-800-621-6323 to start the claim process with TruStage.

For Unemployment Claims: we need their last date of employment.

​

For Hospitalization Claims: we need the dates they went into and were released from the hospital.

​

For Disability Claims: we need the last date they worked.

​

For Life Claims: we need their Death Certificate.

​

For GAP Claims: we need the date of loss and any insurance paperwork they have received.
